our muslin swaddles are a generous 120 × 120 cm — large enough to wrap snugly through the newborn months and to keep using as a pram cover, nursing wrap or play mat later.

what is TOG?

TOG is a warmth rating — the higher the number, the warmer the layer. the right TOG depends on your room temperature, not the season name. india runs warm, so most of the year a lower TOG is right.

24–27°C (warm / summer)	0.5 TOG	just a bodysuit
20–24°C (AC room / pleasant)	1.0 TOG	bodysuit + light sleepsuit
16–20°C (cooler nights / winter)	1.5 TOG	full sleepsuit

a safe-sleep note we’ll always be honest about: keep the cot bare — no loose blankets, pillows or bumpers for under-ones. a well-fitted sleeping bag is the calmer, safer way to keep them warm.
